Last week we had the pleasure of welcoming two representatives from our Korean sales agency JEITEK to Norway. Mari and Mustang travelled all the way from Busan to Alsvåg. Mainly, there were two main issues on the agenda: Korean newbuilding projects (both ongoing and future), and technical education about Delitek Machinery.
Most of the cooperation between JEITEK and Delitek has up until this point revolved around two big customers: Hyundai Heavy Industries and Samsung Heavy Industries. Of course, we should not forget other projects such as Hyundai Mipo Dockyard and Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME). Our discussions about our ongoing and future projects were very rewarding. JEITEK has proven to be a successful sales agents for Delitek. We are very much looking forward to future endeavours to serve Korean Shipyards, and thereby contribute to keep our oceans clean.
The technical education
As pictured below, we had a thorough technical education as part of our agenda.
This strengthens our role in the international waste handling industry, as we (through our sales agents) are able to provide our customers with local service – if needed.

Installing our Delitek Waste Equpment is normally not much trouble. However, should there ever be any commissioning required for our Korean projects, JEITEK is now prepared to offer local service.
Since their visit last week, Mari and Mustang have now returned safely to Busan again. We are confident that JEITEK will continue to provide you with the best service.
